About Murphy

Role Overview

Due to ongoing growth, Murphy seeks experienced General Operatives with at least three years of experience to contribute to new projects. This part-time, onsite position may require travel to various sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently uphold all health and safety standards, including proper use of personal protective equipment.
  • Adhere to work instructions, internal procedures, and company policies.
  • Meet performance goals set daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the workspace at all times.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of three years' relevant experience preferred.
  • Possession of valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certifications.
  • Experience in areas such as drainage, groundworks, concrete, kerbing, paving, or water mains is desirable.
  • Additional relevant tickets or training are advantageous.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel and work at different project locations as needed.
  • Holding a valid Dumper Ticket will be considered beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Standard 39-hour workweek with time and a half pay for hours beyond 39.
