About the Role
Checkaro Enterprise invites motivated recent graduates in Civil Engineering to join our inspection team as a Civil Engineer Trainee. This role entails collaborating closely with our Senior Principal Consultant to conduct home and construction inspections, identify defects, and acquire expertise in quality control practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Consultant during on-site inspections.
- Examine civil construction work, finishing details, and overall workmanship.
- Detect construction defects and issues relating to quality standards.
- Document findings by utilizing digital checklists.
- Take photographs and videos on site to record progress and defects.
- Carry out precise measurements using laser measuring equipment.
- Assist in performing moisture tests, thermal imaging, and wall scans.
- Contribute to preparing detailed inspection reports in a professional format.
- Adhere strictly to company standard operating procedures and quality benchmarks.
- Travel extensively to various inspection sites located throughout Hyderabad.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. or B.Tech).
- Eagerness to work in field environments involving construction sites.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Hyderabad for inspection assignments.
- Comfortable operating under guidance of senior consultants and engaging in hands-on learning.
- Ability to use technology such as laser measurement tools and digital reporting systems.
