직무 설명
Job Overview
We are seeking a competent Civil Engineer to oversee all engineering and construction processes from initial planning through to project handover. This role requires thorough review of engineering and structural drawings for compliance and site appropriateness, preparation of quantity take-offs and schedules, and diligent monitoring of contractors and consultants against technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage engineering and construction activities from project initiation to completion.
- Review and assess engineering and structural plans ensuring adherence to site requirements.
- Develop quantity take-offs and compile project quantity schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors and consultants to ensure adherence to approved technical standards.
- Monitor project timelines and compile regular progress reports.
- Ensure project delivery aligns with quality standards, Saudi Building Code, and approved schedules.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Current valid membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
- At least three years of experience in real estate development and construction project management.

المهام الرئيسية:
- الإشراف الهندسي والفني على مشاريع الشركة من مرحلة التخطيط وحتى التسليم.
- مراجعة واعتماد المخططات الهندسية والإنشائية والتأكد من ملاءمتها للموقع.
- إعداد جداول حصر الكميات للمشاريع.
- متابعة أعمال المقاولين والاستشاريين والتأكد من الالتزام بالمواصفات الفنية المعتمدة.
- متابعة الجداول الزمنية للمشاريع وإعداد تقارير دورية عن نسب الإنجاز.
- ضمان تنفيذ الأعمال وفق أعلى معايير الجودة وكود البناء السعودي.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
- بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية.
- عضوية سارية في الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال التطوير العقاري وإدارة المشاريع الإنشائية.
