Job Overview
This opportunity is for a Civil Engineer with expertise in handling Dubai Municipality approvals. The position is located in Dubai, UAE, and requires a proactive individual to manage government clearance procedures, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure all projects adhere strictly to local regulatory standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and submit architectural drawings, supporting documents, and applications required for securing Dubai Municipality approvals.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and government officials to facilitate project approvals and inspections.
- Monitor and follow up with No Objection Certificates (NOCs), permits, and related regulatory approvals to ensure timely processes.
- Guarantee that all on-site operations and submitted documentation comply fully with Dubai Municipality's codes and standards.
- Maintain thorough project records, track the progress of submissions, and provide periodic updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Perform regular site visits and engage with involved parties to address and resolve technical challenges and approval-related concerns.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A minimum of two years' experience in Civil Engineering with hands-on involvement in Dubai Municipality approval procedures.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering.
- Possession of a valid UAE driving license is mandatory due to travel requirements.
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations, codes, and formal approval processes.
- Strong organizational capabilities complemented by excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage multiple concurrent approval processes, and professionally handle interactions with clients and regulatory authorities.

- Competitive monthly salary ranging between 5000 and 6000 AED.
