Position Overview

The Chief Executive Officer will steer AtlantisHX, Inc. at the highest level, shaping company direction, overseeing core operations, and guiding organizational growth. This position is centered on setting long-term priorities, strengthening performance across the business, and ensuring the organization reaches its strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the company’s vision and translate it into practical strategies, plans, and business goals.
• Direct day-to-day operations while improving efficiency across the organization.
• Lead the executive leadership team and champion initiatives that support growth.
• Spot new business opportunities, partnerships, and avenues for market expansion.
• Oversee resources, budgets, and overall business performance.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients, partners, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Track financial health and guide the company toward steady, sustainable growth.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, legal obligations, and industry standards.
• Act as the company’s representative in executive discussions, business negotiations, and outside engagements.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
• Substantial experience in senior leadership or executive management roles.
• Strong understanding of corporate strategy, operations, organizational leadership, and governance.
• Excellent capabilities in leadership, communication, and decision-making.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive strategic outcomes.
