Job Overview
We are seeking a Chat Support Executive to join our team at Fusion BPO, located in Navi Mumbai. This is a full-time position where you will interact with customers to assist them with product information and resolve any concerns to facilitate order placement. Both freshers and experienced applicants are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage allocated time slots to interact with interested customers.
- Provide clear guidance about the company's product offerings.
- Address and resolve any customer doubts or issues promptly to aid their purchase decision.
- Work without pressure or extended shifts.
Work Schedule
- Shift timing: Any continuous 9-hour window between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
- Rotational weekly off days.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from 16,000 to 72,000 INR based on interview performance.
