Job Summary
This role focuses on supporting change initiatives tied to digital transformation efforts. The specialist will help shape and carry out change plans, strengthen stakeholder involvement, drive communication activities, and support user adoption so that organizational transitions are completed successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and delivering change management workstreams.
- Build and maintain stakeholder engagement and communication approaches.
- Assess how proposed changes will affect people, teams, and processes.
- Help design readiness and adoption plans that encourage smooth transition.
- Coordinate awareness campaigns, training sessions, and internal communications for users.
- Track adoption progress and evaluate the impact of change activities.
- Work closely with business teams during transformation programs.
- Spot change-related risks and signs of resistance, then support mitigation efforts.
- Prepare status reports, presentations, and change-related documentation.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a similar discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Change, Digital Transformation, Organizational Development, Project Management, or Business Transformation.
Additional Information
This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and is offered as a full-time, onsite role.
