Role Overview

Join our team at Parkmore, Galway as a Catering Assistant, supporting catering services for a multinational manufacturing client. This role offers a fulfilling opportunity to enhance the dining experiences of customers through attentive and engaging service in a restaurant environment.

Working Hours

This full-time position operates Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 15:00, with potential variations in hours and occasional weekend overtime opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the front-of-house team managing tills and service counters
• Support back-of-house operations as needed

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in a rapidly paced catering environment preferred
• Background in hospitality or catering advantageous
• Strong time management abilities
• Familiarity with Food Hygiene standards, including HACCP, preferred
• Proactive, solution-focused mindset with a positive attitude
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
