Role Responsibilities
- Support daily kitchen functions to ensure smooth service and consistently produce dishes that meet Lua’s high à la carte standards.
- Uphold strict food safety, hygiene, and kitchen protocols while nurturing a cooperative team atmosphere.
- Collaborate closely with the culinary team to create precise, efficient, and innovative meals, even in high-pressure service demands.
- Represent and uphold Lua’s values, customer service approach, and dedication to culinary quality.
Candidate Profile
- Highly organized, capable of managing preparation and workflows within a dynamic kitchen environment.
- Previous seafood culinary experience is advantageous.
- Remain composed and focused under pressure, especially during peak or time-critical periods.
- Experience working under stringent deadlines without compromising consistency, quality, or presentation.
- Demonstrates strong teamwork and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
