About the Role
Axis Bank is seeking motivated candidates for the position of CASA Sales Officer to join their team on-roll. This role involves direct interaction with customers to sell banking products and expand the customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the bank's products to newly acquired customers.
- Organize and execute local marketing initiatives, requiring travel to meet prospective clients daily.
- Engage with existing customers to encourage larger deposits and cross-sell additional bank products.
- Participate in all training and learning programs provided by the bank to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Additional Information
- Promotion path includes advancement from Sales Officer to Sales Officer 1 (Fast Track Growth), progressing to Assistant Manager Sales and eventually Sales Manager.
- Fixed weekly holidays are observed every Sunday, second Saturday, and fourth Saturday.
Requirements
- Possession of any undergraduate degree is mandatory.
- Ownership of a motorcycle and a valid driving license is compulsory due to the travel involved.
Salary and Incentives
The compensation package includes a base cost-to-company (CTC) salary of 20,000 INR per month along with incentives that can total up to 50,000 INR monthly depending on performance.
