About the Role
Axis Bank is seeking motivated individuals to join as CASA Sales Officers focusing on acquiring new customers for Current Account and Savings Account products. This on-roll position offers a structured career progression starting from Sales Officer to Sales Officer 1, then Assistant Manager Sales, and finally Sales roles at higher levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in selling Current Accounts and Savings Accounts to new clients.
- Conduct local travel to execute marketing activities and meet prospective customers on a regular basis.
- Reach out to existing customers to increase deposits and promote additional bank products through cross-selling.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets as set by the organization.
- Maintain daily records of customer interactions within the bank’s CRM system.
- Adhere strictly to all compliance standards, including regulatory and legislative requirements.
- Participate actively in bank-led initiatives and complete all mandatory certifications (such as AMFI, EUIN) after joining.
- Complete ongoing learning programs conducted by the bank.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Possession of any degree qualification.
- Mandatory to have a personal bike and a valid driving license to support travel-related duties.
- Open to candidates across India.
Salary and Incentives
The compensation package includes a CTC of 19,800 INR with a take-home salary around 16,500 INR per month. Additionally, incentives can range from 40,000 to 50,000 INR per month, dependent on performance.
