About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic graduates to join as CASA Sales Executives in the banking sector. The role focuses on acquiring new Current and Savings Account customers, involving daily field visits and direct client interactions while maintaining compliance.

Eligibility

• Graduation in any field is mandatory.
• Age limit between 21 to 28 years.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Possession of a two-wheeler and valid driving license is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new customers for Current and Savings Accounts.
• Engage in daily visits to prospective clients and maintain consistent communication.
• Ensure adherence to compliance norms and timely reporting.

Compensation and Benefits

• Cost to Company (CTC) is ₹2.16 Lakhs annually, equivalent to ₹18,000 monthly.
• In-hand salary stands at ₹1.80 Lakhs annually, approximately ₹15,000 per month.
• Performance incentives can reach up to ₹60,000 monthly.
• Additional benefits including Health Insurance, ESIC, and Provident Fund coverage.
