Cart Attendant

Job Summary

As a Cart Attendant at Walmart, your main responsibility is to provide customers with a positive initial and final impression of the store. This involves collecting shopping carts from the parking area, using equipment to transport carts from outdoors to inside the store, and ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of the carts. The role demands maintaining a pleasant attitude regardless of weather conditions.

Compensation

• Hourly wage ranges from $14 to $27 depending on location and circumstances.
• The hourly pay will meet or surpass the minimum wage required by the job location.
• Additional performance-based incentives may be awarded annually or quarterly.
• Extra premiums ranging between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour may be applicable based on schedule, facility, season, or particular tasks, and these may stack if multiple criteria are met.
