Role Overview

This full-time in-person opportunity is for a home service professional/house cleaner supporting households across the Indianapolis area. The role is focused on keeping client homes clean, organized, and comfortable while working as part of a team.

Compensation and Schedule

The pay range is $15 to $21+ per hour, with tips and bonuses included in the earning potential. Payment is made weekly. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, with no night shifts, weekends, or major holidays. Work hours are generally between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

What the Job Involves

You will clean customer homes using the company’s established cleaning process, coordinate with teammates to deliver consistent service, and interact professionally with clients to ensure a positive experience.

Support and Training

No prior cleaning experience is needed. Training is provided, along with supplies, equipment, and transportation while on the job. A company vehicle is available during work, and team-based work is emphasized rather than working alone.

Candidate Profile

The employer is seeking dependable, positive individuals who are comfortable with physical cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and handling cleaning equipment.
