직무 설명
Role Overview
This position supports the day-to-day import cargo operation, making sure activities are carried out accurately, efficiently, and in line with company policies and the requirements of CAAM, ICAO, local regulators, IATA, and internal SOPs. The role also focuses on maintaining smooth operational performance so the team can support revenue and profitability targets.
Core Duties
- Check that incoming shipments are received safely and that vendors have loaded palletized cargo correctly.
- Verify that outbound cargo is weighed accurately and undergoes the required volumetric measurement in accordance with airline standards.
- Support efficient outbound warehouse and ramp activities, including load control oversight so that manifests and ULDs are completed before the cutoff time.
- Ensure ULD handover procedures and outbound documents are properly prepared and dispatched to the aircraft before departure.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should hold a Diploma in Cargo, Business, Logistics, or a related field with 1 year of experience in cargo logistics, or a high school qualification such as SPM/STPM with 2 years of experience in airline operations. Equivalent relevant experience may also be considered.
Work Background
Experience in airlines and cargo logistics is required.
Skills and Personal Attributes
The ideal candidate should be comfortable using a computer, especially MS Office, and should have strong interpersonal and communication skills. The role requires the ability to speak both Bahasa Malaysia and English and to work independently.
