What the role involves
You will support clients one-on-one in their homes and help with everyday needs such as personal care, light household tasks, transportation, and companionship.
- Help with dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal assistance
- Perform light cleaning, laundry, and general organizing
- Drive clients to appointments, errands, and grocery trips
- Offer social and emotional support through activities like games and puzzles
Who can apply
Candidates should be compassionate caregivers with at least 6 months of experience. Applicants must be able to meet state background-screening rules and be legally allowed to work in the United States. Some requirements and benefits may differ by state and location.
Eligibility and qualifications
- At least 6 months of caregiving experience
- CNA or HCA certification, or the ability to obtain certification within 120 days of hire
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Basic computer skills
