Role Overview

We offer an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Care Coordinator who is passionate about delivering top-quality care. Candidates should be flexible and hands-on, ideally residing locally in the Evesham and Pershore area.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with management to ensure adequate staffing to deliver care and support plans punctually.
• Utilize IT systems to assign care workers to customers efficiently.
• Maintain rational and efficient work schedules and run patterns.
• Effectively manage priorities to respond to emergencies and modifications in care packages.
• Administer the carer holiday calendar including approval and arranging coverage.
• Participate in the out-of-hours emergency on-call rotation.
• Perform general office administrative duties.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Clear communication skills with the ability to foster strong relationships with customers, families, staff, and healthcare professionals.
• Professional telephone etiquette and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient IT skills with prior experience as a care coordinator or in care roles.
