As a Care Coordinator based in India, you will primarily act as a back-end advisor addressing the caregiving needs of families mainly across Asia Pacific (including Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, India, Australia). You will handle logistics such as finding providers, managing medical bills, scheduling appointments, tracking medications, and evaluating facilities and insurance. You will also lead certain Care Projects to improve member experiences and directly engage with families and caregivers when appropriate. This role reports to the Global Care Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice, research, coordination, and execution of healthcare-related tasks for diverse global members, with focus on Asia Pacific region.
• Understand and be sensitive to the care needs of working families, considering cultural, social, and healthcare system differences across markets.
• Continuously learn and contribute knowledge related to global service areas to support personal growth and manage regional surges in demand.
• Help improve and customize Wellthy Guides and Community Resources to reflect regional and cultural nuances.
• Participate in non-client initiatives, offering input on Wellthy’s global products, services, marketing, and guides.
• Manage a portfolio of care projects, supporting members both at the frontline and behind the scenes.

Qualifications & Skills

• A university degree in Social Work, Healthcare, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare roles such as social work or patient advocacy.
• Fluency in English along with Hindi, Tamil, Urdu, or comparable languages.
• Demonstrated knowledge and navigation skills across global healthcare markets and systems.
• Strong ethics and confidentiality regarding client information.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and adapt to evolving care experiences.
• Experience in developing and implementing care plans and supporting complex healthcare scenarios.
• Skilled in crafting personalized, high-touch customer journeys.
• Remote work proficiency including familiarity with macOS, GSuite, Slack, and 1Password.

Work Environment Requirements

• Must have reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace suitable for confidential communications.
• Work location should allow secure handling of sensitive information and avoid public access.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range from ₹360,000 to ₹500,000.
