Role Overview

The Analyst position, reporting to the Senior Director of Capital Markets, involves supporting efforts related to outreach, structuring, operations, and managing financial relationships particularly associated with the company's debt financing arrangements. As a vital member of the Capital Markets team, you will work across departments and external stakeholders to maintain existing debt facilities and facilitate the launch of new financing structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update detailed project and portfolio financial models to aid debt financing deals and investment decisions.
• Conduct portfolio performance analysis, delivering financial reports to internal stakeholders.
• Assist with the execution and ongoing administration of debt financing arrangements.
• Prepare presentations, financing documentation, and due diligence materials for lenders.
• Collaborate with development, acquisitions, construction, and asset management teams to support financing projects.
• Develop reporting mechanisms and enhance financial modeling and capital markets procedures.
• Perform research on market trends, industry developments, and specific transactions to guide strategic financing choices.

Required Qualifications

• Between 1 and 3 years of professional experience in areas such as project finance, commercial banking, infrastructure finance, renewable energy finance, or related sectors.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities, especially using Excel.
• Prior involvement in project finance, debt financing, or capital markets transactions is advantageous.
• Exposure to the renewable energy sector is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Strong curiosity, meticulousness, and eagerness to learn in a dynamic work environment.
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
