Role Overview
We are seeking a Campus Administrator and Exams Support member to join our friendly Maidstone Campus team on a permanent, term-time plus two weeks basis. The successful candidate will be integral in ensuring smooth campus operations by providing excellent administrative assistance across various departments while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for staff, students, and visitors.

Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in administrative or reception roles with confident use of Microsoft Office; familiarity with BROMCOM is advantageous.
- Highly organized, proactive, able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines with great attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, displaying warmth and professionalism in interactions.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative while adhering to processes and maintaining quality standards.
- Clear understanding of confidentiality, safeguarding, and data protection relevant to an educational environment.
- Adaptable, dependable, positive attitude with enthusiasm for continuous learning and contribution to an inclusive workplace.
- Possess GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English and Mathematics.
