Role Description
The Apple Store Online team manages the largest Apple retail platform, offering a seamless and personal digital retail experience for customers worldwide. Our mission is to ensure each customer feels uniquely valued through an exceptional shopping journey. To achieve this, we seek an accomplished professional to join us in executing extraordinary work.
Key Responsibilities
As a Commercial Marketing Campaigns and Programs Marketing Specialist, you will lead the operational and executional aspects of marketing initiatives for Apple Retail across multiple channels including apple.com, the Apple Store app, and physical stores. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams under your manager's guidance to design and implement holistic marketing strategies that enhance engagement and expand growth across various regions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum five years of professional experience, including at least two years focused on omni-channel marketing within a multi-market environment.
- Proficiency in digital and outbound marketing strategies and channels.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities, including delivering persuasive presentations to team members and leadership.
- Strong program and project management expertise, capable of handling multiple initiatives and meeting tight deadlines.
- Competence in data analysis to identify trends that influence marketing tactics and overall strategy.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred.
- Additional language proficiency beyond English is an advantage.
