Position Overview
We are seeking a committed Cafe Supervisor to oversee operations for a prominent High Street brand, working full-time with a contracted schedule of 35 hours each week. Shift Pattern

Key Responsibilities
- Verify and promptly store all incoming deliveries correctly.
- Lead and supervise team members while fostering a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.
- Serve as a responsible key holder for the establishment.
- Support weekly bookkeeping alongside other necessary administrative duties.
- Develop weekly staff rotas guided by managerial instructions.
- Manage stock ordering to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Delegate tasks effectively to encourage team proactivity.
- Ensure all practices comply with Food Handling and Hygiene standards.
- Adhere strictly to Health and Safety regulations.
