Role Overview and Responsibilities

As a Cafe & Ice Cream Associate at Minus Eighteen, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of items such as ice creams, mocktails, hot chocolates, filter coffee, and other menu offerings while adhering to the brand's quality standards. Your duties will include assisting customers with menu choices, managing billing transactions using cash or POS systems, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene within the premises, handling opening and closing procedures, monitoring stock levels, and strictly following food safety protocols. Additionally, you will play a role in maintaining consistent product quality and supporting promotional activities and the launch of new products.

Candidate Profile

We seek individuals who are approachable, energetic, and eager to develop new skills. Previous experience in cafes, ice cream shops, or food and beverage outlets is advantageous but not essential. Candidates should possess fundamental billing knowledge, strong communication skills, and be flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
