Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in hospitality sectors such as cafes, restaurants, or hotels is advantageous.
- Barista experience is preferred but not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills essential.
- Background in customer service is considered beneficial.
- A genuine passion for food and coffee with the ability to engage and inspire customers.
Key Responsibilities

- Prioritize customer satisfaction by warmly welcoming every customer and consistently providing exceptional service.
- Comply with all operational standards, policies, procedures, and guidelines relevant to the cafe.
- Support customers by enhancing their understanding of available food and beverage options.
- Handle customer queries promptly and professionally according to store policies.
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays and ensure the cafe is presented to the highest standard.
- Keep all areas of the cafe clean and tidy, adhering to required food safety regulations.
Work Environment and Schedule
The cafe is open seven days a week from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM with varied shifts. This full-time position requires enthusiasm for both customer interaction and coffee culture.
