Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and export design files such as ClosetPro and CSV for manufacturing use.
- Accurately verify measurements, wall dimensions, and specific job requirements.
- Review approved designs to ensure they meet production and installation standards.
- Coordinate procurement of special-order materials and assist with production scheduling.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot installation challenges for field teams.
- Visit customer residences as necessary to confirm measurements or address project concerns.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience in CAD or technical drafting roles.
- Strong attention to detail combined with excellent organizational abilities.
- Capacity to handle multiple projects efficiently within a dynamic work environment.
- Technical aptitude with an eagerness to learn new software tools.
- Excellent communication proficiency and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated to work independently while collaborating across departments.
Preferred Experience
- Expertise in custom closets, cabinetry, or residential remodeling.
- Background in CAD drafting, technical design, or project coordination.
- Experience with installation, production planning, or related processes.
- Familiarity with Closet Factory or similar companies is advantageous.
- Ideal candidates are those with hands-on installation or construction experience who enjoy technical problem-solving and coordinating projects.
