Role Summary
The Business Transformation Project Coordinator supports the Project Management Office (PMO) by assisting in coordination and execution to ensure successful delivery of key initiatives. Collaborating with various cross-functional teams, you'll track project milestones, risks, mitigation strategies, and document strategic processes and standardized templates to promote best practices.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate project management activities across diverse functions including supply chain, manufacturing, network optimization, engineering, and IT
- Assist in project planning by creating defined objectives, scopes, teams, timelines, and utilizing templates such as action and risk logs
- Record project updates, prepare progress reports, and maintain tracking logs
- Support execution of specific project tasks according to project needs
- Provide regular updates on upcoming milestones and potential risks to management
- Perform analyses and assessments to identify areas needing improvement and recommend corrective solutions
- Maintain and update project management tools and documentation
- Undertake additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Business or related discipline
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication capabilities and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities
