Role overview
A corporate organisation is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Business Support Coordinator to assist senior leadership with administrative and coordination tasks in a fast-moving business setting.
What you will do
You will help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly by supporting executives, coordinating schedules and meetings, and handling a range of administrative duties that require accuracy, professionalism, and strong communication.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a similar discipline is required.
- The role is suitable for candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience in executive assistance, coordination, or another comparable administrative position.
- Previous exposure to a holding company or a diversified business group is considered a plus.
- Arabic fluency, both spoken and written, will be beneficial.
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written, is required.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams, is necessary.
- Comfort using virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Webex is expected.
- You should be able to assemble, configure, and resolve basic issues with presentation and audio-visual equipment.
