Role Summary
Join us as a Business Operations Manager leading the comprehensive operations for our Telecom Value-Added Services (VAS) portfolio. This role involves orchestrating daily telecom operations, fostering operator partnerships, collaborating with diverse teams, and promoting operational excellence across strategic initiatives.
Primary Duties
- Oversee and handle the full spectrum of business operations for Telecom VAS solutions.
- Serve as the main liaison for telecom operator partners ensuring efficient routine operations.
- Develop and nurture strong connections with stakeholders both within telecom operators and internal departments.
- Continuously monitor operational performance to identify challenges early and implement prompt resolutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, Content, Finance, and other teams to guarantee seamless service delivery.
- Manage onboarding of operators, coordinate new service launches, and support ongoing operational necessities.
- Monitor key business performance indicators, compile operational reports, and offer strategic insights to leadership.
- Initiate process enhancements aimed at boosting efficiency and enhancing the customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements, governance policies, and organizational commitments.
- Assist revenue expansion efforts by closely partnering with business and alliance teams.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a similar discipline.
- Bring at least seven years of total professional experience, including a minimum of three years in Telecom VAS, telecom operations, business operations, or account management.
- Demonstrated success managing telecom operator partnerships and business operational frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of Telecom Value-Added Services such as CRBT, digital content platforms, subscription services, or related telecom offerings.
- Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments in dynamic business settings.

- Proficiency in service delivery excellence and operational problem resolution.
