Role Overview
We are searching for a dynamic Business Leader to be the face of this iconic venue. This role demands someone with a passion for hospitality, who inspires and mentors their team effectively and leads by example in a high-volume, multi-faceted venue environment. The successful candidate will be instrumental in cultivating a strong team culture, delivering exceptional customer service and achieving robust financial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations
- Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering high performance and strong collaboration.
- Manage venue operations with a focus on delivering consistent, exceptional guest experiences.
- Oversee financial management including budgeting, labor cost control, and P&L responsibilities.
- Create and implement strategies that enhance venue performance and build community engagement through hospitality.
- Coordinate functions, live entertainment, and various events to bring vibrancy and life to the venue.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a General Manager in high-volume hospitality environments.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams through coaching, motivation, and cultivating a positive workplace culture.
- A passion for hospitality focused on creating welcoming, memorable guest experiences.
- An adept commercial mindset with confident financial management skills.
- Organized, proactive, and hands-on leadership style that thrives in fast-paced, energetic settings.
