About Yallo Group
Yallo Group is a specialized IT talent and enterprise solutions company operating in the GCC, India, and UK/Europe. Its Saudi branch, YALLO Arabia, provides services in Technology, Data, Digital, and Transformation sectors within Saudi Arabia.
Role Overview
This position combines responsibilities in recruitment and business development to drive YALLO Arabia's growth in the Saudi market. The role is evenly split, with approximately 50% time dedicated to recruitment and 50% to business development activities.
Recruitment Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate IT professionals for both contract and permanent roles within YALLO's main business verticals.
- Manage talent pipelines using established YALLO tools and procedures.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to coordinate candidate shortlists and interview scheduling.
- Work closely with recruitment teams across India and the UAE on joint hiring needs and candidate management.
Business Development Responsibilities
- Identify potential new clients and initiate contact within the Saudi market.
- Assist with opening new client accounts through research, outreach, and meeting arrangements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to support account retention and growth.
- Keep CRM systems updated and provide regular reports on sales pipeline status.
Candidate Requirements
- Between 1 to 2 years' experience in recruitment, business development, or client-facing commercial roles.
- Proficient communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Exposure to the IT or technology services industry is preferred but not mandatory.
