One of the leading innovators specializing in Physical AI technology is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to spearhead the transition of prominent manufacturers toward AI-driven production processes. This role offers the chance to work with visionary founders experienced in company building, global team scaling, and product innovation, focusing on setting industry standards in automation software and driving enterprise sales growth across Europe.
Role Overview
The appointed individual will take a commercial model from founder-led to a robust sales operation. Responsibilities include strategizing European market expansion, identifying key commercial prospects, articulating sophisticated robotic software advantages into accessible technical value statements, and managing partnership lifecycles from inception through growth phases. The role also involves handling contracting and negotiating complex, high-value software agreements.
Why Join
- Engage directly with an esteemed founding team combining expertise in robotics, AI, and large-scale business development.
- Enjoy substantial existing funding with pathways toward top-tier investor support.
- Be part of a mission-focused organization committed to scaling proven AI technologies for positive societal impact globally.
- Earn a competitive base salary between €100,000 and €110,000 coupled with an uncapped OTE potentially reaching €200,000 along with executive car provision and attractive equity incentives.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience selling software platforms, SaaS, or Physical AI products, particularly within industrial, automotive, or manufacturing sectors.
- Exceptional skill in engaging and influencing high-level decision-makers such as CIOs, CDOs, and manufacturing executives.
- Capability to evaluate technical documentation and effectively communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to participate in industry events and travel to maintain client and partner relations.
- Commercially minded with a focus on building sustainable, long-term value and deep technical understanding rather than short-term sales gains.
