Job Summary

We are looking to recruit a skilled B2B sales professional who will focus on onboarding employers onto our platform. This role requires proactive engagement with potential clients, primarily HR teams and recruiters, to promote and secure business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to prospective employers.
• Engage with HR departments and recruiters to understand and fulfill hiring needs.
• Effectively present the OPININGS platform and close deals to secure new business.
• Onboard employers onto the portal, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Generate sales leads by leveraging phone calls, LinkedIn, and email communications.
• Maintain consistent follow-up to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Approximately 2 to 6 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Background in working with platforms like Naukri, Indeed, Foundit, Shine or similar recruitment portals is favorable.
• Experience in recruitment, HR technology, or SaaS sales adds significant value.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong ability to close business.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and confident with cold calling potential clients.
