Role Overview
This position requires managing and generating qualified business-to-business leads through various outreach methods, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calls. The focus will be on specific account-based lead generation targeting diverse sectors such as schools, NGOs, corporate CSR teams, retail partners, distributors, and government bodies.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate targeted B2B leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and other outreach sources.
- Conduct account-focused lead generation aimed at educational institutions, NGOs, CSR teams, retail channels, distributors, and government bodies.
- Perform research on target accounts and identify critical decision-makers to strengthen lead quality.
- Utilize CRM tools to establish and maintain a robust sales pipeline for lead tracking and management.
- Arrange meetings and product demonstrations for the business development team to facilitate sales progress.
- Follow up and develop prospect relationships until they are transferred to the sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement effective lead generation campaigns.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all leads, scheduled meetings, and sales activities.
- Meet monthly targets related to lead generation, meetings, and pipeline development.
Compensation
The monthly salary offered for this role ranges from 25000 to 55000 INR.
