Role Overview
Join IND Global Realty as a Business Development Executive based in Dubai, UAE, where you will play a crucial part in expanding our client base and achieving sales goals in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify prospective clients through proactive calling and networking strategies.
- Organize appointments and property tours to support the sales team effectively.
- Develop and sustain robust relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Continuously follow up with leads and maintain accurate client information within the CRM system.
- Consistently meet and strive to exceed monthly sales and business development objectives.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of one to two years' experience in Dubai's real estate market.
- Excellent communication abilities coupled with strong negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in generating leads and conducting cold calls.
- Familiarity with Off-Plan and Secondary market dealings is advantageous.
- Competency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus.
