Overview
Gigatorb Software Private Limited is hiring for the position of Business Development Executive / Business Development Manager focusing on B2B inside sales. This role is based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh and requires a minimum experience of 2 years. Qualified candidates from any graduate stream are welcome to apply. The compensation package ranges from ₹2.40 to ₹3.60 LPA accompanied by attractive incentives. There are 20 vacancies available.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified B2B leads to expand the sales pipeline.
- Conduct inside sales activities primarily via phone calls, emails, and digital platforms.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to successfully close sales deals.
- Consistently strive to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Keeps detailed and accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B inside sales environment.
- Proficient English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Well-developed negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset with a willingness to take initiative.
- Familiarity with CRM tools will be considered beneficial.
