직무 설명
Role Overview
We have an immediate opening at TVS Training and Services Limited for the position of Business Development Executive or Business Development Manager (Field Sales Officer). The role involves acquiring new-to-bank (NTB) clients across various financial products and requires a thorough understanding of local market dynamics and product expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquisition of new clients for products such as Current and Savings Accounts (CASA), Recurring Deposits (RD), Term Deposits (TD), Life Insurance (LI), General Insurance (GI), Mutual Funds (MF), investments, and asset cross-selling.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products and markets pertinent to CASA, LI, GI, MF, investments, and asset cross-selling businesses.
- Maintain excellent communication proficiency in English as well as the regional language.
- Willingness and readiness to undertake extensive travel as part of job requirements.
Candidate Eligibility
- Graduate or postgraduate degree obtained through regular education.
- Age limit set at below 32 years.
- Applicants with 1 to 3 years of sales experience in BFSI sector focusing on new-to-bank business acquisition preferred.
