Job description
About the Role
We are looking to hire a Business Development Executive skilled in both inside and field sales to enhance our growth. The role involves engaging new business prospects through calls, leads, referrals, and onsite visits while promoting biometric attendance systems, access control devices, and security software products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads via multiple channels including telephonic outreach and field interactions.
- Offer tailored recommendations to clients by understanding their needs and presenting appropriate biometric and security solutions.
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential customers to showcase product features and benefits.
- Prepare detailed quotations and proposals, following up diligently to ensure order completion.
- Handle coordinated inside sales operations as well as direct field sales activities.
- Liaise consistently with technical and support teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects from inception to delivery.
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships to foster ongoing business opportunities.
- Meet and strive to exceed monthly sales targets contributing to overall company success.
Required Profile
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Technical acumen combined with a strong sales aptitude.
- Confidence and poise in customer engagement and product presentations.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Additional Details
Position: Business Development Executive
Compensation: ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 monthly with attractive performance-based incentives and bonuses.
Work Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Location: BioMax Safety & Security Systems Pvt. Ltd., Unit No. 501 to 504, 5th Floor, Solitaire Sky, Ashram Road, Usmanpura, Ahmedabad – 380014, Gujarat.
