About the Role
The position of Business Development Executive involves identifying and engaging potential business clients, primarily targeting the UK market through extensive research, networking, and generating leads.
Primary Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound sales cold calls aimed at prospective UK clients.
- Establish and nurture durable, positive relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate sales contracts and ensure thorough compliance with all relevant documentation and regulatory standards.
- Devise and implement effective sales strategies intended to consistently reach or exceed set sales objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
- Monitor and report on sales activities and key performance indicators.
- Keep abreast of current industry trends, market shifts, and competitor movements.
- Deliver post-sale support to secure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- High School Certificate or equivalent with at least one year of experience, preferably in BPO, Fintech, or Banking sectors.
- Demonstrated prior involvement in B2B or outbound international voice sales environments.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong proficiency in English.
- Expertise in lead generation and prospecting methodologies.
