Role Overview
The Business Development Executive will focus on discovering new business avenues, nurturing prospects, and converting them into loyal clients. Acting as a professional representative for SaveCedi Enterprise across multiple sectors, this role involves sales, relationship management, networking, and strategic business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Discover and pursue fresh business prospects.
- Generate qualified sales leads via proactive outreach.
- Establish and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, business owners, educational institutions, and corporations.
- Arrange meetings and demonstrations of products and services.
- Deliver compelling presentations of company offerings.
- Draft quotations and proposals as needed.
- Maintain persistent follow-ups with potential clients until sales conversions.
- Keeps precise records within the CRM of all leads and client interactions.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities.
- Participate in networking events, conferences, and exhibitions when necessary.
- Support marketing efforts by following up on inbound inquiries.
- Forge strategic partnerships for long-term business growth.
- Collect and relay customer feedback for continuous improvement of products and services.
- Represent the SaveCedi Enterprise brand with professionalism consistently.

Qualifications and Skills Required

- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Robust presentation proficiency.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Solid computer literacy including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation and Work Setup
This is a full-time remote position within Ghana, requiring occasional in-person meetings and events. The base monthly salary is GHS 3000, complemented by lucrative commissions and performance bonuses. Complete salary details will be discussed upon successful selection.
