Overview
YourLawPlace is a tech-driven legal services platform offering affordable and reliable assistance across trademark registration, GST, company incorporation, intellectual property, and broader business legal needs. We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our Greater Noida office to help grow our client base and fulfill sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound inquiries from multiple channels including website, WhatsApp, phone, social media, etc.
- Understand client needs accurately and recommend suitable legal services accordingly.
- Convert potential leads into paying customers and meet defined sales targets consistently.
- Perform regular follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to nurture leads until closure.
- Clearly communicate service details such as pricing, delivery timelines, and processes to clients.
- Prepare and send quotations or proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate client terms adhering to company-approved pricing and commercial policies.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline, tracking interested, pending, and lost leads with the goal of maximizing conversions.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of leads, follow-ups, proposals, and sales in the CRM or sales tracker.
- Strive to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue goals.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional legal services.
- Coordinate with internal legal and operations teams to resolve client queries and ensure smooth service initiation.
- Ensure proper handover of converted clients to respective internal teams.
- Revive inactive or previously lost leads for potential additional sales conversions.
- Maintain professional and prompt communication with new and existing clients.
- Provide frequent updates to management regarding pipeline status, conversions, and pending follow-ups.
- Identify potential new customer segments and emerging business opportunities.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights to enhance sales strategies and processes.
- Adhere strictly to company-approved pricing policies, communication guidelines, and process protocols.
- Protect confidentiality of all client and company information.
- Avoid unauthorized commitments or guarantees related to legal, commercial, or service aspects.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have graduated from any recognized discipline.
