Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager (BDM) with substantial experience in the HR consultancy or recruitment agency sector. The preferred candidate will have a solid track record in corporate client acquisition, business growth, and relationship management. This position is target-driven, ideal for professionals enthusiastic about B2B sales and expanding business opportunities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new corporate clients.
- Generate leads through cold calling, professional networking, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing campaigns, referrals, and onsite visits.
- Arrange and conduct meetings with clients to assess their hiring needs.
- Effectively showcase Talunus HR Solutions’ recruitment and HR consulting offerings to potential clients.
- Negotiate commercial agreements to successfully close deals.
- Develop and sustain long-term partnerships with clients.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure prompt fulfillment of client demands.
- Maintain detailed CRM entries and prepare sales performance reports.
- Continuously identify new business prospects and stay informed about the latest market developments.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in an HR consultancy or recruitment agency is mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience in acquiring B2B corporate clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
- Highly self-driven, with a goal-oriented mindset and ability to work autonomously.
- Flexibility to travel for client meetings as necessary.

Working Conditions and Benefits
- The work schedule is Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
- The role offers a work-from-home arrangement with the requirement to attend client meetings and corporate visits as needed.
- Salary ranges from ₹30,000 to ₹50,000 per month plus performance-based incentives.
