Martin Management Group is currently seeking a Business Development Receptionist to become an integral part of their team. This role demands effectively managing communication flow and delivering outstanding customer support within a fast-paced, high-volume automotive dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Promptly relay inquiries and messages to relevant sales teams and departments.
- Offer exceptional customer service in a dynamic workplace setting.
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously using a multi-line phone system.
- Recognize customer requirements, clarify details, and route calls to the appropriate departments.
- Escalate customer service concerns to supervisors when necessary.
- Adhere to established scripts and procedures to maintain superior customer service standards.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Availability to work according to US timezone hours.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- 1 to 2 years of prior customer service experience.
- Possession of personal work-from-home equipment in a quiet environment.
- Energetic and positive demeanor with strong self-motivation.
- Proficient computer skills with multitasking capabilities.
- Solution-focused mindset oriented towards resolving issues efficiently.
- Dedicated to delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Typing speed exceeding 50 words per minute.
- Owns a Windows laptop or desktop with minimum specifications of Intel Core i5 processor and 8GB RAM.
