Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement market entry strategies tailored to principal sectors such as retail, logistics, and hospitality.
• Manage sales pipeline effectively, identifying potential clients and steering deals through to closure with high efficiency.
• Drive revenue growth by achieving GMV targets and leveraging opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing client base.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction and experience.

Mandatory Qualifications

• A minimum of five years of experience in startups or fast-growing companies with a proven record of surpassing sales objectives.
• An analytical approach to market data with skill in crafting and executing KPI-focused improvements.
• Proficient in business-level English communication.
• Strong alignment with Flexii’s mission, vision, and values, driven to make a positive social impact.

Desirable Skills and Experience

• Familiarity with the gig economy and its dynamics.
• Experience in cross-border business development within the ASEAN region.
• Hands-on experience scaling operations from small to large scale (1 to 10-100).
• Understanding key unit economics related to platform-based businesses.
• Proficient with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation.
