About the Role
This position is based in Dublin and sits within the UKI Channel Partner team. The role focuses on supporting small and mid-sized businesses across the UKI region by working with sales teams and partner networks to uncover new growth opportunities and expand the use of Talent Solutions.
The organization promotes a flexible working approach built on trust, with work split between home and a LinkedIn office on selected days depending on business needs.
What You’ll Do
- Create and run new business development plans in close partnership with sales colleagues and channel partners serving SMB customers across the UKI region.
- Spot untapped market opportunities and help partners position and sell Talent Solutions effectively.
- Develop productive working relationships with internal sales stakeholders to keep partner activity aligned and effective.
- Build durable partner relationships so they can confidently use LinkedIn products to support their own growth.
- Carry out recurring partner performance reviews to identify expansion possibilities and reinforce value delivery.
- Share market intelligence and business opportunities with internal teams, including senior leaders.
- Work with a high degree of independence, as the direct manager is located in London.
- Assist with partner operations such as enablement, performance monitoring, and updates to partnership agreements.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in recruitment or media.
- Prior exposure to working with partners serving the SMB segment.
- Demonstrated success in winning new business and growing partnerships.
- Strong English communication skills; an additional European language is a plus.
- Rec-Tech background in sales and/or partnerships is preferred.
- Experience with partner ecosystems, ATS tools, and programmatic job distribution platforms is preferred.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- History of achieving or surpassing business development targets.
- Proven skill in building and sustaining long-term relationships with partners and clients.
- Knowledge of the Talent Solutions market and SMB needs is highly desirable.
- Comfort working independently in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical ability, using data to guide commercial decisions.
