Role Overview

Join an international IT firm focused on workforce planning and enterprise intelligence as a Business / Data Analyst / Data Scientist. This position involves working closely with stakeholders, interpreting extensive data sets, and enabling organizations to make informed decisions driven by data.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Convert business objectives into technical and analytical specifications.
- Assess and profile enterprise data to maintain accuracy and consistency.
- Create key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting structures, and analytical models.
- Conduct forecasting, scenario analysis, and apply statistical techniques.
- Verify the accuracy of dashboards, reports, and analytical results.
- Work collaboratively with business and technical teams to implement data-driven solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in gathering business needs and facilitating stakeholder workshops.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Competence in SQL for data querying and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Python or R for analytical processing.
- Knowledge of data profiling and quality evaluation methods.
- Familiarity with forecasting, scenario modeling, and statistical analyses.
- Strong communication skills to translate findings for technical and non-technical audiences.
Desired Additional Experience
- Background in Strategic Workforce Planning.
- Experience in analytics related to HR, Payroll, Finance, or Budgeting.
- Practical use of Monte Carlo simulations or sensitivity analysis methods.
- Skills in prototyping dashboards, particularly with Power BI.
