Role Overview

We are searching for an experienced Business Analyst and Workflow & Technology Implementation Lead to join us in Dublin. This role involves working onsite with a premier financial services company to support automation of the Fund of Funds process for a major regional client. The technology platform is already deployed; your main focus will be reviewing and enhancing operational workflows, boosting adoption, and ensuring successful implementation. You will have ownership of the new operational process and coordinate efforts between business, operations, and technology teams to embed the solution seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, map, and thoroughly document the existing Fund of Funds workflows end-to-end.
• Evaluate usage of current technology and internal applications.
• Collect, verify, and validate business and operational requirements.
• Assess whether technology solutions meet business demands.
• Identify gaps in processes, technology use, and user adoption.
• Propose improvements to workflows and operating procedures.
• Lead the implementation and rollout of the redesigned processes.
• Coordinate activities across Operations, Technology, and related departments.
• Manage stakeholder communication and engagement throughout the deployment phase.
• Develop or facilitate user training sessions and prepare process documentation and support materials.
• Drive user adoption and ensure operational teams are comfortable and confident using the new process.
• Monitor implementation progress, risks, dependencies, and unresolved issues.
• Ensure the new processes are effectively transitioned into routine business operations.

Technology Environment

• Work with Canoe Intelligence for extracting and structuring data from PDFs.
• Utilize internal workflow applications designed around the Fund of Funds process.
• Engage with applications similar to Microsoft Power Platform workflows.

This role does not require deep technical development skills but requires comfort in reviewing technology support for operational processes and collaborating with technical teams to address gaps.

Required Experience

• Proven background as a Business Analyst, Implementation Lead, or Process Analyst.
• Expertise in workflow analysis, process mapping, and design.
• Experienced in supporting technology or operational process rollouts.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering and business analysis.
• Proven ability to coordinate implementation and deployment activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management across business, operations, and IT teams.
• Proven experience facilitating user adoption, training, and readiness.
• Ability to take complete ownership and drive implementations to completion.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.

Desirable Experience

• Background in fund administration, asset management, or investment operations.
• Familiarity with Fund of Funds processes specifically.
• Experience handling alternative investment data.
• Exposure to Canoe Intelligence or similar document/data extraction tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform or comparable workflow tools.
• Experience in establishing brand new operational processes or functions.
