Role overview
Aaratech Inc. is hiring a Business Analyst focused on retail and e-commerce. The role supports digital commerce and retail initiatives by examining business workflows, defining requirements, and spotting opportunities to improve customer experience and day-to-day efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, clarify, and record business requirements from stakeholders across retail and e-commerce functions.
- Review sales, inventory, and customer-related processes to find ways to improve performance.
- Create clear documentation of business processes, along with reports and dashboards.
- Work closely with teams in business, marketing, operations, and IT.
- Assist with system testing, user acceptance testing, and rollout activities.
- Share project progress and business recommendations with stakeholders.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a similar discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in retail, e-commerce, or a comparable sector.
- Hands-on experience in analyzing business processes and writing requirement documents.
- Understanding of retail operations and e-commerce workflows.
- Strong skills in analysis, communication, and problem-solving.
Preferred skills
- Exposure to SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Working knowledge of Agile or Scrum ways of working.
- Experience with CRM or ERP platforms.
- Familiarity with Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are considered an advantage.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is USD 60,000 to USD 70,000 per year.
