The Business Analyst will be a critical member of the Professional Services team, engaging in multiple customer projects involving diverse technology solutions. - Collaborate with solution leads and engineers to confirm feasibility and alignment before client acceptance.
- Maintain baseline requirements, ensure traceability, analyze impacts of changes, and assist project managers in change control administration.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities including discovery, response to requests for proposals (RFPs), statements of work (SOW) inputs, and clarifications.
- Manage the business aspects of conference room pilots (CRP), prototypes, and demonstrations, collecting feedback and facilitating acceptance.
- Prepare and support user acceptance testing (UAT), including scenario creation, defect validation, retesting, and securing client sign-off.
- Document meeting minutes and action items from BA-led workshops and assist project managers with risk and issue tracking.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and handover of business process documentation and improve the quality and reusability of BA templates and processes.
