Business Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This position involves evaluating business needs, converting them into technical solutions, and aiding the development process of software and digital platforms. The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise and the capability to act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, examine, and document business and technical requirements.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system enhancements and digital transformation.
• Convert business demands into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Provide support throughout software development lifecycle phases including design, testing, and deployment.
• Analyze system data to back decision-making with comprehensive reports and insights.
• Partner with development teams to ensure deployed solutions align with business requirements.
• Engage in system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing processes.
• Create documentation, reports, and presentations regarding system upgrades and requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience in business analysis, software development, or systems analysis.
• In-depth understanding of programming principles, databases, and software development methodologies.
• Experience with business process evaluation and system integration.
• Strong analytical capabilities combined with excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
