Team and Collaboration

You will work closely with the Enabling Area and AI teams to harness value from data and artificial intelligence utilizing advanced analytics and generative AI technologies such as retrieval-augmented generation and large language model integrations, applying robust delivery methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate interviews, workshops, and walkthroughs with stakeholders to gather and document both functional and non-functional requirements, including business requirement documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct gap analysis and feasibility assessments aligning business objectives with product features and ensure traceability.
• Define product vision and roadmap specifically for AI functionalities, and prioritize development backlogs based on impact, feasibility, and associated risks.
• Lead Agile processes such as refinement, sprint planning, and reviews, while sustaining clear release schedules and objectives and key results.
• Translate business use cases into generative AI solutions collaborating with data scientists and machine learning engineers, including prompt engineering and evaluating criteria.
• Coordinate with platform teams to ensure data availability, model monitoring, and governance related to security, privacy, cost, and performance.
• Manage user acceptance testing, demonstrate product increments, validate requirements with business users, and promote adoption through creating training materials such as playbooks and guides.
• Communicate status updates, potential risks, and mitigation plans to leadership, and support continuous improvement post-launch.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation including journey mapping, process flows, personas, wireframes, and collaborate with QA leads on test plans.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business; an MBA is advantageous.
• Typically require 3 to 5 years of experience in product management or business analysis roles.
• Proven expertise in managing requirements, backlog ownership, and agile delivery in an enterprise environment.

Essential Skills

• Strong capabilities in elicitation, analysis, documentation, and user acceptance testing.
• Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence, alongside proficient use of Microsoft Office for analysis and communication tasks.
• Good understanding of AI concepts including large language models, generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation patterns, model evaluation, guardrails, and data governance.
• Excellent collaboration skills working with data science, engineering, and user experience teams, and effective stakeholder communication.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in prompt design, generative AI evaluation, vector database usage, and model life cycle management like training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and familiarity with modern data and machine learning tooling.

Performance Metrics

• Measure success through requirement lead time, backlog health, achievement of sprint goals.
• Track feature adoption based on usage and satisfaction rates; monitor AI model cost and performance metrics.
• Evaluate defect escape rates and user acceptance testing pass rates.

Work Setup

The position follows a hybrid working model that accommodates stakeholder workshops, product demonstrations, and UAT sessions at office or client sites as needed.
